So here it is at long last, the album that no one and everybody was expecting - The Quicksilver Kings Vol 1. This record contains some of the earliest songs we wrote together. We originally recorded 13 tracks for this project, 6 of which appear here in glorious technicolour surround sound. Although this is not the full album we set out to make, it has grown and changed so many times that at no point on the journey has it ever sounded the same twice – and we hope that remains the same long into the future every time it is played. So here it is, the album, record, EP, whatever you wish to call it. To make you feel at home we have included the original demos and alternative versions of these new but yet old, familiar songs so you can hear how this collection of music has evolved over time to become what it is today. It might not be what we first imagined, it might not be what you thought, but it’s turned out pretty great in the end.
